The emphasis is on the MC building an empire and conquering the region. There are much stronger progression fantasy elements here compared to my other books, as the focus is on the MC regaining his lost power and expanding his empire.

This series is actually based on an older work of mine, that spiraled out of control a long time ago. I’ve been intending to turn it into a novel for a while. The sheer size and complexity of the original work made this a nightmare of a project (and future books will be less work than this one). If you are familiar with the source material, then the series should still be enjoyable.

If you aren’t familiar with the source material, then I really hope it will be a fun ride.
