October Update
I’ll keep this short and sweet, so let’s jump right into the news.
Demon’s Throne 2 will be out right at the end of the month. I’m targeting the last weekend, so sometime between the 29th Oct to the 1st Nov.
The audio for Heretic Spellblade 3 is out for pre-order on Audible! You can see the jump in length, as it’s over 17 hours of Stephanie’s fantastic narration.
August Update
July is already past us, and I forgot to write an update. Whoops. There’s not that much to talk about, so let’s jump right into it.
Heretic Spellblade 3 is out, if you somehow haven’t read it already. Thanks to everybody who left a review or rating, and to those who let me know about the typos that slipped through. It seems to be a pretty well received volume of the series and I hope you enjoyed it, despite coming six months after the last one.
Heretic Spellblade 3 is Live!
The latest book in Heretic Spellblade is out, and it increases the stakes by a substantial margin. As always, it has a gorgeous cover and Fei finally gets to be a cover girl.
This one is a long book. The paperback will be over 500 pages and it’s nearly 20% longer than Heretic Spellblade 2.

Heretic Spellblade 3 Release Date
Small update.
Heretic Spellblade 3 will be coming out mid-July (around the 16th-18th). This allows it to align better with some other releases in the genre and to allow me to improve the book a little more.
You can read about those improvements and see a preview on my Patreon if you care. Otherwise, I hope you enjoy the end result when it's in your hands (or ereader, or phone...).
Thanks for your patience. My last two launches have been a bit rough (Demon's Throne especially), so I'm being a bit more careful. I'm still a small fish in the genre and it's never wise to take anything for granted in self-publishing.

An Unfortunate Delay
This is an announcement I didn’t want to make, but I want to be realistic even if it will feel like a repeat of past events. It does come with a silver lining for most of my readers (I imagine).
Writing endings is difficult, and a skill I need to better develop. The ending for Empire Reforged hasn’t worked out, and I’m faced with the choice to keep working on it (and delay Heretic Spellblade 3), or delay it while finding another solution.
May Update
I’ll only be doing monthly updates from now on, plus release notices and any special news. I’d intended to leave this until later in the month, but there’s a few things to say already (and this keeps things a little more regular).
